I liked the property because the location was very nice and quiet , walking distance to the Galleria mall and the Waterwall. The staff was very accommodating……I was staying on the 13th floor (executive floor), so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it? However, the pool (2nd floor) was nice and quiet and I spent a few hours there each day. I did note that there were rooms that had sliding doors and a seating area that was surrounding the pool area, so I thought those rooms would have been nice to stay in. Also the Astros won the Superbowl the nights I was there, so the downtown area was madness and horrible (we visited to go to a wedding there), and so we were very glad NOT to be staying in the downtown area.(about 20 min away). Also we noted that the downtown and surrounding areas had many many homeless , bums etc, so that was kind of scary for us. ( it was our first visit to Houston and/or Texas so we weren’t that impressed honestly lol. ( I was traveling with my 20 yr old son for the wedding ).

The beds were ok. The room was cool The pantry / kitchenette was good Furniture in the room was good Checking out was efficient

I absolutely love Hilton properties, they are too tier in my book and the room having a balcony for fresh air was a plus!

Our first room was in a very noisy area and they moved us quickly. Everyone we encountered - from the valet staff, to check in, to the breakfast buffet staff- was so kind, helpful, and happy. My husband said it is the best customer service he has ever received. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything. Location was in a good area. Walking distance to majority of the places around. Hotel was nice. Check in was very smooth.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The water wall is also walking distance and a must see. We always felt safe in that neighborhood. The breakfast was good. They will make you an omelette upon request. The servers went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Nice lobby. Fast elevators. Comfortable bed. Our view of the city was gorgeous. 2 events took place during our visit. The first was a Miss Houston pageant and the 2nd was a gaming convention so that was fun to see them inside the hotel.
